The ninja headbands are forehead protectors. The red cloud cloaks are uniforms of Akatsuki. Loud-mouthed kid is the main character, Naruto. Sakura has pink hair. Old lady is... not sure, and the gray-haired guy is Kakashi, their sensei.

Basically, Laura already answered the whole thing. But the old lady is Sasori's (a member of Akatsuki who controls puppets) grandma. Her name is Chiyo and she died trying to revive Gaara from the dead.
